Yes, but some designs are specific to Vanzeel
Your logo and, or company brand name can be printed on our products by sticking or engraving. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, PDF or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company brand name to be printed on the package for the products (customer designed package), You can send us the artwork by email in any format.
5. Do you have stock for immediate shipment? What is your lead time for regular orders?
We are working at an international quality level, but at a China prices. The company doesn′t hold a stock of products we work on “specific order” basis. The load time for order quantity up to a 40’HQ could be made within 25 days.
6. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. For the PI we need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information – company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or seaport, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price.
* Delivery time required.
* Freight payment (by collect or prepay).
* Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any (in China or Hong Kong).
7. How could I get samples?
We can supply samples for your designs or with our own products. If you have FedEx or DHL account or other collectable courier account and agree to pay the courier freight, we will give you a 50% rebate off the sample fee if you place an order. If you don’t have a courier account, we can send the samples but the charge for the courier must be paid in advance.

We can arrange sea, air and Express courier transportation for different countries and regions all over the world.

If your sales can achieve USD50,000 to USD100,000 per year, you qualify as a distributors in your district;

A small trial order is acceptable for test marketing. You can send us your specific requirement in the form of formal order by fax or email.

14. I have never imported from China, how to import from you?
Here below is our answer for your concerns and questions:
1) – Payment.
After confirming the order, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with all the transaction details and our bank account. You can go to your local bank and ask them to send us the 30% deposit (down payment) by Telegraphic Transfer with the bank account provided in the Proforma Invoice.
After we finish the production, you can go to the bank and ask them to send the other 70% payment to our account, then we will load the container and send it to your port. Of course, you can make all the transfer on Internet if you have Online banking system.
2) – Import procedures.
When the container is delivered, we will send you the contact information of the local agent, you can contact your local agent to pick up the goods.
What you need to clear the custom will include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Lading, and Certificate Of Origin, all these documents will be sent to you by us.

Except as otherwise noted, our products are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship for a fixed period of time as five (5) years from date of delivery.
All of our products are tested before shipment and shipped in good condition. Any damages or shortages evident when the product is received must be immediately reported to the commercial carrier who transported the products.
Always refer to our invoice number, model number when contacting us. If required, we will replace the defected product for customers. Freight and customs duties will be prepaid by us, at no charge to the buyer.
The following items are excluded from this warranty:
Defects due to improper use by the buyer or inadequate maintenance by the buyer.
Physical damage resulting from an accident, misuse or abnormal condition of operation.

- To prevent the surface from damaging and rusting, do avoid knocking during transit.
- Please handle with care and maintain horizontal, and keep a certain distance with the wall.
- To prevent damp and alkalisation, the floor where place the products must keep dry.
- To prevent the cabinet from eroding, please avoid direct contact with acid and alkali liquid.
- Keep the surface of the cabinet clean. Once the surface stained, wipe with detergent and then with dry cloth.
- Avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
- To avoid the lock body damaged, please unlock the cabinet in a correct way
- Switch doors and drawers lightly and avoid heavy crash.
- Don’t hit the cabinet with hard objects, and don’t scratch the cabinet surface with sharp objects.
